  12. Seems that Apple is really having a bad time with more resignations and
  13. a Multi-Million dollar loss.

  15. I understand that they are considering aiming at the higher-end Mac market
  16. and leaving the entry level machines to stream-line their company again.
  17. The low-end machines are less profitable, but this could be Amigas ace
  18. in the hole.  I don't believe this problem with Apple will be long term,
  19. but if it lasts for 4 to 6 months, it could benefit the Amiga.

  21. When the March Amiga comes out with the Netster/Surfer bundle and the
  22. Mac Amiga comes along about the same time, these systems could be offered
  23. toward people interested in a low-end Mac, or Mac-type system.  This could
  24. get some new blood in the Amiga community, and fill a gap that the Macs
  25. may not have available if they do drop most if not all their low-end
  26. systems to concentrate on better profiting systems.

  28. All in all, I do hope that Macs problems will be sorted out sooner than
  29. later, and I also hope that while they are doing this that the Amiga
  30. platform can fill what they choose not to support and produce for a
  31. period of time.  "I don't do windows."
